We replaced the carbs and sugar in conventional cereals with high-quality protein and monk fruit sweetener. And we bake (never fry) each batch of our all-natural cereal in an NSF and Safe Quality Food-certified facility.
How much cereal is in each bag?
One bag = one bowl of cereal (3/4 cup) with 1g net carbs, 0 sugar, and 16g protein. So each bag is basically a complete meal or snack in your pocket. On-the-go yum!

Low risk, great reward!
I'm always leery about buying snacks online because it's usually a big pack and what if I don't like it and I'm stuck with 6 other bags? This was an excellent way to give me a little bit of everything and showcase sweet and savory. I've found some okays and some loves, and I haven't even hit the sweet samples yet.
Definitely worth the few bucks to find what you love! Once I finish trying everything I'll be back to order some full sizes.
