I recommend this cereal to everyone. I love the taste and it is so filling.

We purchased the peanut butter and the cookies and cream flavours, we have been really enjoying them.
We use a splash of cream with a cup of unsweet almond milk, and we add a few drops of sucralose to the mix. I prefer the cereal once it has become a bit softer in the mulk, but you can also enjoy it on the crunchier side if you prefer. Very happy to have taken a chance with this company, hope to some day in the future see them in stores like Costco or something!
It has just the right amount that fits in the bowl I use. I recommend getting the sample pack and try all four flavors. Their all good!
