Keto Flamin Hot Firecracker Hot Dogs

The Basic Ingredients

- 3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
- ½ cup Heavy Cream, plus more to thin the sauce, if desired
- 3 large Jalapenos, 2 minced, 1 sliced and set aside for garnish
- 6 All Beef Hot Dogs
- 2 bags Flamin Hot Schoolyard Snacks, crushed 

    Customize your Dogs!

    - Keto Hot Dog Buns, your favorite brand or recipe!
    - Or Lettuce Leaves as “buns”

    Other great toppings could be

    - Diced white onion
    - Crumbled Bacon
    - Beef Chili Sauce


        1. Make the cheese sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the cream cheese, shredded cheese, minced jalapenos, and heavy cream. Stir until the sauce is smooth and the cheese is evenly melted. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of cream and if you want a thicker sauce, add another handful of shredded cheese. 

        2. Grill hot dogs over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, turning as needed.

        3. Place the hot dogs in the buns or lettuce leaves and top with cheese sauce, crushed Flamin Hot Schoolyard Snacks, and more sliced jalapenos.
