How do you sweeten your cereals?
We sweeten our cereals exclusively with monk fruit. Monk fruit is a superfood that’s part of the gourd family. It’s a 0 sugar sweetener that has no glycemic impact, making it one of the healthiest alternatives to sugar.
What makes your cereals low-carb and keto friendly?
We replace the sugar and flour in traditional sugary cereals with lactose-free protein and sweeten with monk fruit. This allows us to keep our cereals at only 1g of total carbs per bag!
What is the shelf life on your products?
The shelf life is 1 year.

Are your cereals gluten-free and grain-free?
Yes, all of our cereals are naturally gluten-free and grain-free. Our facility does process other products that may contain gluten (though we conduct gluten swab tests on the line prior to each production run).
How many grams of carbs are in your cereals?
All our cereals contain just 1g total carbs per bag!
How many WW SmartPoints are in your cereal?
Each bag is just 1 WW SmartPoint!
What allergens are present in your cereals?
All of our cereals are naturally gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free. All flavors except for Peanut Butter are also tree nut and peanut-free (Peanut Butter is produced in a separate facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts). Our facilities do process other products that may contain gluten (though we conduct gluten swab tests on the line prior to each production run).
Where do you ship your products to? Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer shipping to US addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii.
How fast is shipping?
Orders generally arrive at your doorstep in 5-7 business days.
Can you tell me more about your subscription?
You can subscribe to receive our cereals every 15, 30, or 45 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How much cereal is in each bag?
One bag = one filling bowl of cereal (3/4 cup).
When do I get charged for my order?
You get charged when you place your order on our website.
What is your return policy?
In case of damages/product defects, we accept returns for a full refund less $10 for return processing and handling on any product purchased in the last 30 days directly from our website. Please email email@example.com, and we will gladly send you a pre-paid return shipping label. After you have sent the order back to us, please let us know and we will refund your order right away.
We also have a 30 day taste satisfaction guarantee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly send you a pre-paid return shipping label. After you have sent the order back to us, please let us know and we will refund your order less $10 for return processing and handling. Please note our 30-day taste satisfaction guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of a flavor and we will refund up to $29.99 for each flavor (the minimum required to taste one flavor) so that you can try any flavor out risk-free. If you ordered more than that, we will only pay the $29.99 portion of it, so we recommend you order less if it is your first time tasting a flavor and you are unsure if you will like it.
